Hello,
Just wondering if the 4th volume is already out yet, since this is what is recorded for this series, but I can't seem to be able to find it anywhere, nor its ISBN: Girl Friends
Seems to me that the 4th tankoubon hasn't been published yet (since the 3rd one came out only September).

It was only changed today...Perhaps the person who changed the number is mistaken by what we mean about that field

I don't believe it's out yet. The 27th chapter was only released in Japan a few days ago and I'm pretty sure there's another chapter before the volume is finished. Even if this is only a six chapter volume it'd be unusual for the tankoubon version to be out so soon.
