Hi guys sorry I'm really trying to find this yaoi manga I read a long time ago.

I can't remember if it's a few stories mixed together or one main story in the manga.

Anyways the main character is a twin but him and his sister look alot alike where other male characters think he's very cute looking in appearance. He had a best friend when he was younger and the best friend tries to confess to him but he misunderstood and thought he wanted to confess to his twin sister instead. Anyways they clear up the mix up later and he ends up dating with his best friend. Also his friend tries to confess with a mix tape. I'm really trying to find it please let me know if anyone has any idea of title.
