[m] I'm looking for a manga that I read a while ago about an omegaverse story with Eren x Levi where Eren is the omga and Levi is the alpha. I can't remember a lot, but what I do remember is that Levi wanted kids and Eren wasn't ready for it so when he finds out that he's pregnant he buys medicine to make himself miscarry. This happens a few times before Levi catches on. It's effed up I know but I've been looking everywhere for it, please please please please help me, it's honestly bugging me

That sounds a lot like Shingeki no Kyojin dj - Mihitsu no Koi ni Yoru Ai. The only difference is Levi is the Omega and Eren is the Alpha. It might not be what you’re looking for...
