Looking for a manga where the mc thought that he was usless due to not being able to use magic even though he has lot of mana. The problem was with his crest. Instead of the magician crest he had, after an apprisal it was noted that he should have the alchemist crest.
After he changed crests, he helped to creat a town i a very desolet area.
