Im looking for a word that means freeze and shatter. See I like Ice and there is not just a cool way to express hate with ice in words.
Fire lovers can just stick burn in a sentence and it sounds menacing someway "People Will burn for this"

Or they can just outright say Burn and it still conveys the hate but saying Freeze just doesn't have the impact.

So instead of spending hours scouring dictionaries I decided to bring it here.
For the sake of all that is Frozen HALP!!!

I don't think there is a word (in English, at least) which describes that particular. But I've always thought that ice indicates cold- like an icy glare, or indifferent but menacing cruelty?

It would be your job, however, to piece that into a sentence properly. Or just make up your own word 🤣

Any particular reason you need it? Writing something, or curious about the concept?

I don't know. It wouldn't surprise me if there were a word like that. 🤣

I cannot really think of anything about freezing that is destructive. There is frostbite...you could try that, maybe. Or, you might find something that works in Bleach. Hitsugaya probably has something that could work for you.

The problem is that when you say "people will burn for this," it means that they will burn in hell (or something similar). You could try something like "I hope you freeze in the 7th/8th circle of hell for this." Check out Dante's Inferno to make sure you get the right circle.

I don't believe there is a single word in the English language to portray that image.
since you describe two actions instead of one.
burning something is considered one action, so that is clear.
but you want to freeze something(one) completely through and then shatter it, two actions.

So I feel the point of this discussion should not be if there is one, cos I believe there isn''t, but to make a new one.
This can be the birthplace for a new word in the English language. We will all be famous!
