Okay I'm getting really desperate here. I can basically remember everything about this darn manga but the name and it is REALLY annoying me. Also, don't take my word for everything because I have read so many yaoi manga I get mixed up.

I'm looking for a yaoi manga where

-The main character goes to a high school.
-His father neglects him, so he is pretty lonely but still comes off as happy.
-I think he is in the student council 😕 I'm pretty sure the love interest is the president.
-I'm also kind of sure he has glasses and black hair but my memory is sh!t so yeah.
-I remember a dude in the manga who made really good tea and sweets if that makes a difference but he wasn't really important?

More:

-at one point his father says hell come home on the sons bday to see him so the dude cancels his plans with all his (new) bros to go see his father.
-his (new) bros actually made cool stuff to celebrate the protags bday without him knowing btw
-his father doesnt come and the protagonist stays up all night on his bday waiting for his dad
-the dudes in the student council find out the next day and feel bad
-so you wanna know what they do
-they run around the school with charms so as to wish the protagonist good luck and happy days
-good fun

I really want to find this. 😢
