In general, what is the most graphic manga that you've read. By graphic I mean has the most sex, violence, etc. And NO HENTAI. Hentai doesn't count.

Yeah, I agree with you there. I think there's one scene where it actually shows full-on penetration.

Some girls get drunk too much too fast with too little alchohol I think.

Ichi the killer is a no-brainer.
It shows everything from wild gore to some things I'll put in spoiler because to many, they're so nasty, and may or may not contain actual spoilers.:
the many kinds of penis bifurcation/modification available; beaten hookers, all sorts of torture, etcetera .
