I wanted to find translators for my group, but it seems that the forum thread for recruitment is lowkey dead. I'm not sure where's the best place to do it, and I'm not all that experienced with recruitment, so I'd like some advice.

One of the most popular ways I know (not sure about effectiveness) is to type on credit pages. Some groups draw it themselves, some take a page or combine some panels of pages from their projects and edit into something hilarious. Some credit pages of some popular groups engraved in my mind.

Also, there's a group of people want a paid position. I hardly see this in very long time ago, many years ago. But it's become more common in recent years and nowadays. Correct me if I'm wrong.

For translator, it's great if there's at least a proofreader in group to help with.

Anyway, hope you can find translator soon.

Join discord and go to servers like Scan School, sometimes people offer TLs. You can also find someone to translate one chapter just to put the project out there and announce on the credit page you are looking for translators.
