Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I was vaguely creeped out by how much blood the human body can blow out in one stream from Elfen Lied, but that's about it.

Well.. Manga has never really scared me. But when I read Berserk, I had to take a break at the end the Eclipse part. I was so freaking agitated, it wasn't even funny anymore... I guess I was pretty close to a circulatory collapse. 🤣
pretty much Mai-chan's daily life
also Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari and Mucha Kucha Daisuki made me decide to stay away from very tragic manga's

I was never scarred for life by anything..
and not by a manga either^^, that's because when I see frightening things (like in manga or in movies) I simply know they are not true..
Scarred for life?- No
Scared?-sometimes, but I get over it.
When I read a horror manga it just stays with me(if it is realy shoking) but it's not like a trauma, in the memory I guesse..
When I read tragedy or a bad ending it stays in my heart for a long time(a pinching feeling) that doesn't fade away only aftar a while..
Somthing like "Mai-chan's daily life" just was a dumb hentai (for sadistic people.. 🙁 )
Be strong, people! 😃
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

If I had a fantasy self, it'd be a tentacle monster.

Well, Waita Uziga's work are rather disturbing, but I wouldn't say they've really scarred me. I think they're also funny and creative, though. It takes a genious or someone completely insane to come up with such stuff.

kind of.
it doesn't scare me anymore, but when about a year ago (when I was 12), right after finishing gravitation, i decided to try out the megamix. of course, anyone who's read the megamix would know what i mean. i had only just been introduced to the shonen-ai/yaoi world, and gravitation to gravitation megamix was a HUGE jump.
of course, now i read all sorts of hardcore yaoi and i LOVE it (spend hours lusting over the smuttiest yaoi) so... i suppose i wasn't scarred for life, though back then i felt like i had been 🤣
haven't read anything bad enough to scar me in the violence though. then again, i don't read/watch bersek and elfen lied.

Ah...well, I learned to check out the ratings the hard way in 6th grade. I was pretty shocked when I read Love Hina. The mental scarring came when I got hooked on the series and was bringing books covered with naked women up to the cashier at Media Play. Er...yea, that felt pretty awkward.
And the Battle Royale movie (yea, not manga or anime version, but still) had my whole body shaking for days...O_O

I've learned to stay away from tragedy/romance/shoujo mangas. I dont know why, but i still cant stand those kinds 😀 . If i read too much of manga like that i start to get strange vides and get really depressed 😛 .
Graphic violence isnt a big deal to me. My first manga was naruto, my second bleach and the third one was Hellsing... and i really liked it 😀

Not yet. But I can stomach a lot. And after giving my stomach a blow, I know what to stay away from.

Scared by manga?
No 😐 but I think I could get scared of typical shoujo girls, if they were really existing.
Wait, they do...

Yes, shoujo manga scared me for life. Horrors I love, but shoujo manga is a bit too much.

Well, Anne Freaks and Goth didn't scar me for life, but they certainly scratched the surface. And I never ever want to read a guro manga.

then again, naruto, bleach, and hellsing really can't be considered graphic violence. in fact, they are nowhere NEAR graphic. they're not very violent either.
