If you don't want food, I technically haven't bought anything new this year. The last thing I remember going out and buying was Dark Avengers comic around late december time.

I need to go out more often...

Wow, now that I think about it I haven't really bought anything for myself in a while.
Last nonessential expense I made was a big piece of wagyu beef.
It set me back €25 for one steak, but man was it delicious.

Hmmm... it's been a week or two since I've bought any non-essentials. The last thing that I could have done without (but wouldn't have liked to) was a new pair of winter boots.
