Cleaner = cleans scans (includes removing the original text).
Typesetter = puts translated text into the clean scans.
Editor does the job of both = cleaner + typesetter.

If you want to do more work, then be an editor. If not, be a typesetter.

@ebz` : What Pikapu told you was right. Typesetter only typeset or in other word, lettering. Copy pasting the text from the proofread texts to the cleaned scans. While editor is cleaning and also typeset the chapter. Both needs some photoshop skills and also common sense xD since they'll be the ones who see how the chapter will look like before sending it to the QC-er.
Also, don't confuse the term editor in publication with editor in scanlation. Editor in publication business refers to what we called as proofreader, though in some groups, they put the whole editing and proofreading task into one person.
