Theme park with people of abnormal medical conditions

So today I saw a ABC news report on how there's a popular theme park in China that consists of many little people dancing and signing and putting a musical for the audience. According to this report, these little people get paid a moderate amount of money and interviews with the little people receive positive feedbacks. Many little people reports that before they came to work here, they were laughed at on the street and many would just stay home all day. But now that they are with other little people, working, living together, and making money, they no longer feel the sad anymore. Now they are very happy with their friends and their current life.
My view: As many of you know, ABC is not the most trustworthy news channel out there, it is significantly biased. But they did do the interview so meh. I think it's fine to have a theme park because this is different from the traditional freak show where people exploit other people. Here these little people are happy, they work as actors and get paid a fair amount of money for their work. The most important thing here is that they can do something to earn money and they are happy with their friends. I think it is rather quite rude of the ABC woman to add in her own opinion bigoted opinion. The reason why I said that was because the ABC interviewer said the little people's performance was "shocking" and "horrifying". She also made it quite clear that she thinks it is inappropriate to let little people be actors. She have the common view most people have, that is being overly sensitive to the point of discrimination. How is that possible? She made a CLEAR distinction between what society should allow and what society should not allow. What she does not realize is that to truly be free from all bigotry and discriminatory thinking, you must accept little people as equal. Yes, a theme park may be made of normal people doing tricks or little people doing tricks. Everyone is treated equally. It's a shame that ABC would let someone so ridiculously untrained do her own interview....

Exhibiting people's bodies for the entertainment of others is nothing new.
Anyway, if I had an interesting physical deformity, be it smallness or particular largeness, I would take advantage of it. In all cases the people looking at me would be shameless and most likely moronic, but as long as I was paid enough I wouldn't mind.

aahhhh, This is what causes gossip in the media. Generally she can philosophize if it is being published to a magazine and say its horrible but on a news report you have to be politically correct meaning in actual fact not much or if anything can be called "horrible" because the word on its own is an opinion based view.
However you can philosophize this if not on the news. Being little is hard enough but having an official news broadcasting team tear you're pride with so called "facts" is crazy. News reporters are supposed to be very analytic and careful of their words I am surprised someone is this sloppy...or perhaps thats ABC's parogative?
On another note, Dog eat dog world creates people like these 🤣
Did you genuanly get upset boxbox and sympathies with them because a lot more people pity them which is a far worse service then the news reporter. They still have pride left hopefully and i think little people will raise up for their rights as equal beings and complain or will they not since everything is fine and dandy at the moment. It's just a bit of prejudice right?

So, a news reporter is adding in their own opinion in interviews/news/magazines = nothing new. >.>, the media talks with their own opinion about everything: the guy marrying the Love Plus character, and etc... o_o let them think whatever, gossip magazines do the same thing towards stars. Nothing new, dawg. 😮

Righto, but that was just something I added, not the actual topic of the post.
Besides people like Pat Robertson make comments all the time....out of their behinds....
The same problem from the previous controversial topic is present in modern society. That is the confusion between what people want and what you, as an individual, perceive the want of the people.
For example, you might think it's bad, morally, to allow homeless people on the street and not in a shelter home because you have a "duty" to take care of people. But have you ever thought about what the homeless people actually wanted? You didn't even take the time to talk to the homeless people and already you are drawing conclusions.

In this particular case, as with this Chinese park, those little people looked pretty happy actually. Everyone's happy. I was just a bit of shocked at the ABC reporter, because during thanksgiving this happened with the drunk ewok.
Cute, but see, China's not the only place hiring little people for work. REALLY, is that reporter just blind?
