What traditions do you or your family have that you think is kind of silly?

Gah, I can't think of any! ;-; Maybe as a kid I used to attend these big family dinners where
I didn't know half of the people there well. D': That made me stop going to them. 🤣

When I meet my extended family they will always go through a list of who got cancer last week or whos been dead, considering I have 3 aunts/uncles and I have 18 grand aunts/uncles. The list can go on to about 5-10people, 5-10 people who I've never met or have never heard of and will most likely never see.

We have to not eat on the weekends since we might end up going out at 2-3oclock for a big dinner. Half of the time we never do and I just end up hungry as hell.

My mother always starts a phone conversation with the same 3 sentences.
"Are you brushing your teeth twice a day?"
"Are you showering twice a day?"
"Have you found a girlfriend yet?"

I only talk to her like 5 minutes every week and it cost me 10p a minute ¬.¬

We always have a big late sunday lunch instead of the normal lunch at like 12 or 1pm.

I never eat dinner on Sundays because i'm still full up from the lunch 🤣

It's a silly little thing that we've been doing for years.
