we need:

raw providers (urgently needed)
japanese, korean and chinese to english translators (urgently needed)
proofreaders [no experience required]
cleaners [no experience required]
typesetters [no experience required]

If you are a newbie cleaner/typesetter, worry not! I will train you from scratch! The only thing needed is motivation, perseverance, dedication and willingness to learn.

Can I be a Typesetter?

I have no experience in typesetting though 🙁 Sometimes if I have more free time I can help to Proofread too

Oh and a tip.. I guess you should look for Korean and Chinese translator too, because some of the raws is in other languages like Korean, Chinese..

As long as you're willing to learn typesetting would be a quite easy task to do. And yeah, thanks for reminding me about the korean and chinese translators.

What genre of manga would you be working on? It'll be nice if you could include some project names that currently figure in on your worklist...

well, i havent gotten to that yet. its one of the main problems actually, raw providers are really urgently needed. though i guess theres also the option of relying on public raws for now. but as much as possible i want to scanlate mangas that are not only chosen by me but by fellow team members as well. So i guess my main concern right now is gathering members and after that we can discuss on which manga to scanlate. but if it helps i have access to tankoubon raws from my previous team though i have to ask for permission to use those raws and do a joint project with them.

Whitexshadow I just skimmed your list above and noticed Kamen No Maid Guy just to inform its currently taken o.o.
Though if you ever do get a translator I wouldn't mind doing Fortune Arterial as a joint o.o

er, no... im not gonna do those manga that i listed, i just said i have access to their tanko raws.
anyway, my team is frickin' new... as in it was just formed yesterday so my main concern for now is recruiting. though, yeah a joint project sounds good but im not sure on the translator part >_> i only have one member right now(me) and i can only do the editing part. oh, and fortune arterial is currently taken by nayuki_love
