I'm a new member here and I would like to add my web manga but I don't understand the term 'group' written on the Add Release page.

Can someone help and explain it to me what I have to do for the 'Group'?

We don't allow people's own webcomics to be listed on MU as a release or a series entry unless it is backed up by a reputable publisher

Maybe you should try self-publicating! If you're willing to publish your work out and have a chapter per month released. You even get paid if you're accepted. o.O
