I never use capslock. I use both shift keys though- it depends on which shift key is closer to the letter key I need to hit.

Left when playing games and right when typing

I always use left. It feels weird when I use the right shift key. Like, it doesn't feel right (you know, right as in correct). So yeah, Left Shift Key FTW!

I always use the left key.

I use right for Photoshop and Autocad and left for typing.
