Well i was told a lot lately that i should get a hair cut and should really change my "style" (if i even had one 😲 ) so i freak out a little from hearing that something wrong with my head. I thought as long as it doesn't cover you're face, boil you're head and a pony tail (guy having a pony tail... i swear that is lame) its okay -.-.
So... how does a 17 year old (Asian) male know whats right?
i usually just tell them "uh... can you please just shorten it with some ...what that thing where they just thin it out all over you're head.. believe it start with a T)

sorry just thinking about this while i type scare the crap out of me.. going to some unknown jungle stepping on a mind field.

beatsme... i dont like to cut my hair cuz i never find anything that suits me O_o... having asian like hair is a pain in the butt ...

I'll need a picture to be able to figure out the right style for you. A lot of asian boys look good with layered hair that goes just past the eyes.

just do whatever you want. leave it the same, get a trim, or start from scratch.

Just try everything until you find one that suits you~ It's just hair, so it's not like it's a permanent change.

Okay, girl talking here, but:
-Talk to the person cutting your hair. Tell them that you aren't sure what you want, and ask for advice on choosing a style.

-Ask the people telling you to all this for *their *advice, since they obviously have opinions to share about your appearance.

-Find pictures of asian hairstyles that you like. It helps the person cutting your hair a lot more than just a description when they can see what you want.

-Spend a bit of money for that initial cut, if you normally go somewhere fairly cheap. Then, if you like the look, take pictures so that it can be maintained by your regular haircutter. (But don't spend ridiculous amounts of money)

Lastly, don't worry so much about what other people say. Style has more to do with confidence than it does with a good haircut, and hair is an easy thing to change.

I prefer long hair on guys, but I will need a picture to say for sure.

Well I like to cut my own hair XD It looks really chaotic, but not too bad, and I don't like barbers touching me. Right now most of my hair reaches just above my shoulders, and some goes down to my back.

As a fellow asian male I say shave your head. You dont have to worry about it in the morning and you cant really ever have a bad hair day. Plus you can do it yourself and save a few bucks. Thats what I do and it works great for me.

as long as you dont have a bowl cut or greasy hair, anything is good. in my opinion at least.

Depending on the shape of your face, there are many hairstyles available...

Read it on the net somewhere, not that I have a hairstyle anyway... I even forget to comb my hair when I come out of the bath. Or I just use my fingers to put the stray hair at the right place, so that it doesn't look odd. Any other look is ok for me.
