Why not list the total number of chapters in the Status in Country of Origin section of the Manga Info page? It can be quite confusing trying to complete a series that has been published in multiple formats with different chapter counts per volume. In fact, I think that the chapter (or installment if you prefer) count should be a standard field on the series submission form.

For example Urusei Yatsura (id=1052) has three formats listed, with different chapters per volume counts in each format. I note that the Releases list shows chapter numbers, so someone must be counting. A certain other website, and I'm not sure it would be proper to name it, implies that there may be as many as 375 chapters, based on the chapters per volume numbers they provide.
