I just finished reading Koroshiya 1 last night and my brain is tripping out. I felt it was way more violent than any other manga I've ever read before but that might be just because I read the entire series in one night and had a manga-violence overdose. I'm not normally queasy about violence (Gantz and Berserk are two of my favourite seinin titles at the moment) but what I think really disturbed me was the graphic depictions of torture, rape, and the S&M stuff. Anyway, if you've read the series, I'd like hearing others opinions on it. What did you think? Is it really especially more violent than other series or is it just a misperception from binge reading? Any one seen the movie?

My opinion: Incomplete due to brain processing a high volume of extremely graphic images.
