Edit: I nearly forgot this one, and most people find it interesting:
0 - I HATE CHEESE!! There, I said it. No, I'm not lactose intolerant. I just can't stand the smell or the taste of anything except mozzarella.
Now on to the previously mentioned 10 random facts...

1 - I used to work (volunteered by my parents, actually) on a passenger train when I was a (pre-)teen.

2 - I have owned 2 chinchillas (a type of really cute rodent). The dogs were both my mother's though.

3 - I worked for Coca-Cola Olympic City (immediately south of Centennial Park) during the summer of 1996, just before the Atlanta Olympic Games. (No, I wasn't there the night the bomb went off, but my boss was.)

4 - I briefly got to wear an actual gold medal (a blank - before customization) from the 1996 Atlanta Olympic games. (I was working in the park Vault - we were storing them before the display security was ready.) And yes, there are pics for proof. =)

5 - I have a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish that I'm not using for my current employment.

6 - I have been to Spain 3 times (Spring break '92, Fall semester '95, and Summer vacation '97) and England once (same trip in '97 - was a college graduation present from my parents).

7 - I was born in 1976, but I'm not a 'lucky' Year of the Dragon child. =(
I was born a few weeks before Chinese New Year. I'm technically still Year of the [Wood] Rabbit.

8 - My best friend, a guy I dated for 2.5 years around 10 years ago, is ~18 years older than me. (At the time we dated, he was 42 and I was 24.)

9 - I've now been at the same company for 8.5 years, and it's gone through 3 name changes. I've also changed position twice. (Acct Mgr > Sr. Acct Mgr > Dept Mgr)

10 - I adore swimming. I swam in the local Summer League for 10 years and 3 years in high school. I made it to the State Finals (for individual events, not relays) in backstroke and breaststroke my Senior year. (Not bad for not being in a year-round swimming league.)

Bonus: We have a tradition of going to a specific Japanese hibachi grill restaurant for dinner on New Years' Day. This year was the first time I had to skip it since I started doing it in 2000. (Finances =( )

Well, let's see...

1. I love cats.
2. Last Christmas my grandma got me a pair of oversized panties with pockets sewn into them.
3. My birthday is the last day of autumn.
4. I bought the Artemis Fowl fan's guide by Colfer and it made me feel utterly childish when I saw it had games inside.
5. My chihuahua is sleeping on my back as I write this.
6. When I was in elementary school I fell and cut my knee, deeply. Three days later I tripped and fell and cut my knee in the exact same place. One week later, while skating, I fell once again and cut my knee in the same place again. Needless to say, the scar of my knee is the ugliest scar I have. It looks like an oversized worm.
7. I have a Chococat alarm clock, a Chococat bag, Chococat stickers, Chococat notebooks and a Chococat plushie as result of people knowing all too well Random Fact #1 (along with a bunch of cat-related items such as a pillow, a handful of shirts and a bed full of cat plushies).
8. I've volunteered at asylums and Homes for mentally and/or physically disabled children. It's so damn depressing.
9. As a med student, I've assisted in childbirths. I'm never, ever, having children.
