I would recommend you:
Tsubasa - Reservoir Chronicle (many different worlds)
Mahou Kishi Rayearth (parallel world/RPG setting)
Bravely Default - Flying Fairy (RPG setting)
Akagami no Shirayukihime (fantasy setting)
GodSeeker (fantasy setting)
Detarame Mousouryoku Opera (parallel world)
Aria (Unique setting)
as well as the manga adaptions of the Tales series. (RPG setting)
There is also Sword Art Online - Progressive.
Older manga like Basara and Kanata Kara might be an option to.
