Teacher stories~

As we experience our school life, we also get to meet a diversity of teachers. Any teacher that you think you'll never forget - be it positive or negative? You can talk about that weird science teacher of yours! Or that strict math teacher. Tell me your stories. : o

Our german teacher was called the Fuhrerin. o.o I think that says enough~

And waah, we had this really good and intelligent teacher. D': He even had
a Ph. D. His teaching was superb. It all went into your brain immediately. o_o

😮 I have so many teacher stories! Some good some bad.

I still remember my two kindergarten teachers. Mrs. Pancarack and Mrs. Gidrey. They were light, and fun. One day I stabbed myself with a pencil (accidentally), so they hugged/rocked me and gave me lots of bubble gum. 😀 It made me feel a lot better.

My second grade teacher was a witch. D:< I have really bad handwriting, and one time I was turning in my paper to her(You know, the type with the lines and you had to get the letters inside the lines?). Guess what she did? She held up my paper to the entire class and said, "Alright kids, this is what NOT to do". I wanted to sink into the floor. >>

I loved all my middle school teachers. They were fun. Especially my Math teacher, who acted almost like one of the students, aside from a few instances when she had to get strict. She would crack jokes & talk with us, and it was nice.

My 9th and 10th grade math teachers were/are both HORRID, although for different reasons. My 9th grade teacher was an Arab, so he had a really thick accent. Plus, say, if you forgot to put your name on your homework, you would get an automatic F, with no chance to fix it. Same thing if you didn't show your work. He was a good teacher, though. He was majorly over-qualified, however, which is why he quit after a few months. He had 3 Ph. D's (Engineering, Theology, and Psychology), and was part of an engineering team that was working on inventing a nano-robot that would be able to go into the bloodstream to inject cancer-fighting stuff into cancer cells. His children were all 4.4 GPA students and captains of their respective sports teams. (First class, the introductory class? He spent the whole thing bragging about himself/his sons)

My current math teacher (10th grade), SUCKS. He is really nice and lax, but he CAN'T teach. At all. The average grade on his tests are 65%. I personally teach myself using a mixture of my math book/internet resources. it sucks. I mean, what is the point of being a teacher if you explain things in such a way that they go in one ear and out the other? It really stupid. >>

My current Spanish teacher is AWESOME. She can get really strict at times (1+ hour of homework every time we talk too much), but she is HILARIOUS. She cracks funny(ish) jokes all the time, plus, her facial expressions are so unique. Not to mention she is a total literature geek, and makes obscure references to books I've read, and its fun. 😀

Edit; Dang, this turned out long.

I like most of my teachers, and I get along with a lot of them too.

Even the ones who no longer teach me anymore always flash me a smile and a "how're you?" when we pass each other in the corridors. It's nice, getting along with your teachers.

There's one teacher who I share a love/hate relationship with. I swear, her mood switches are so unpredicatable. One day she can be lovely, the next day she's a downright bitch.
It's really hard work keeping up 🤣

There's another teacher who pretty much hated me last year. I kept on falling asleep in her classes because we had her every monday morning, and I'd be dead because I was working 9 hour shifts until 10pm at work the day before =____=
It's all good this year though. No more long hour shifts, and no more monday mornings. I'm still a lazy ass, but I try 🤣 I think she's gotten used to me now XD

I really try and make life easy for my teachers. I always have. My sister's a teacher, and so I know the teacher side of the classroom as well as the pupil side. The amount of shit teachers have to deal with these days is disgusting. Some people really are downright assholes.

Of course I'll remember some of my HS teacher because I spent 2+ years with some(and even saw one regularly in the summer for two/three years).

My french teacher is a b**** in the sense of her personality. She has a lot of mood swings, but since this is my third year with her, I'm used to it. When she's mad...whoa, it's best to stay away. She can kill with her eyes =.= But for the past two weeks, she's been so cheerful and happy. She even baked cookies for one of her classes and gave them TWO each.

My english teacher is insane. She loves Shakespeare and other pieces, and really really gets into them. I really like her though because of her "spontaneity". She's really sweet though.

Then there's my graphic design teacher. She's known me for three years too and she knows my personality pretty well. Like, how irresponsible I am and my creative ability. She's a horrible speller and really hippie-like but I really love her class. Mostly because of the people I'm there with 🤣

My 3rd grade teacher who was also my 5th grade teacher. He is a great teacher and he teaches in a way that it's fun like when we did 3rd grade math (multiplying etc) we would watch football games and he'd give us problems relating closely to the scores of each team and such. He let us pick our own teams to keep up. He was my 5th grade science teacher and I don't think I've had an awesome science teacher since then 🙂

My health care teacher is a bi*** but she's good at teaching. I think her bluntness and her advice though it may not seem like a positive comment at the time, really does help you out later. For that I thank her.

My English teacher sucks. I'm not learning in that class and we're all on our own on that AP 🤣 I'm one of her favorites....and all I do is sleep in that class.

My Speech teacher is crazy. She's too giddy and happy all the time it scares me. I mean I'm happy but when it's 10:30AM and you want to crawl under your covers and sleep, then how can you crack a smile and say "Happy Tuesday!"? 😀 Even so I enjoyed this class.

Teachers always like me for some reason.
I'm a fairly good respectful kid that likes to sleep in class.

All my teachers tend to forgive me for being a sleepy head because they think I'm smart.
I used to sleep in religion all the time and apparantly the teacher begged my friend to get me to work harder since I had "SO much potential." I just laughed.

My favourite teacher in HS was such a hard ass but I loved him. He was teaching Media Studies (I'm in film and television production in college now *hint hint) and he just inspired me so much. He hated brown nosers but hated slackers even more. He would only really help students who wanted to learn, and he was SO good at it too. I'm pretty sure me and my friend were the only ones who liked him in our whole grade. He is really smart and blunt so he can be very intimidating. I don't think I've been more proud about anything than the recommendation letter he wrote for me for college. Can't wait to go back to see him once school is over and give him a copy of my first short film.

All my college teachers are amazing cept one. 😛 Haha
I think my section made her cry because of the teacher review sheets. Good times. 😳

ive hated almost all of my teachers

when i was in the first 3 grades i was told down by my teacher all the time
i was very interested in various things at that age and more often than not knew alot more about the subject than my teacher like world history, religion, geography and all other subjects i liked
she did NOT like that
[a 7year old smrtr thanor me ohno3s]
but on the other hand she glorified the kid in my class that was good at math
so maybe it was just that she hated me

from there on it just got worse
untill i was 16 lols
then all of a sudden teachers liked me
awesome

Teachers are people too, they are just normally a lot older than less relate-able.
My teachers were around their late 20s to 30s so the age difference wasn't that great when I was in my last 2 years of high school. The school was also a very posh private school and they were REALLY strict on who was able to get in. This meant no teacher was a flop that didn't teach you things and they take themselves very seriously when it comes to exams and completely the module in a set time allocation.

I did manage to attention both my Math and Physics teacher's wedding, coincidence much? I was glad to be invited and decided to go with other people who were also doing both the Maths and Physics classes.

I've liked most of my teachers but there've been a few I didn't. My first teacher said to me that I'm a horrible student (I was quite wild back then...) and there's no future for me. Very supporting. After her I had good teachers till the 5th grade. My 5th grade teacher was angry all the time. If one didn't listen to him he would throw something like a book at him. Luckily he was fired in the middle of the school year.

Since I've moved quite often I've had many unique teachers. Here's some of the most memorable ones I've had so far:

  • Math teacher who was very shy and didn't speak very clearly. He also scratched his head every time he was thinking something, which caused him to have a bald spot on the left side of his head.
  • Religion teacher who looked like Michael Jackson. Woman.
  • Biology teacher who demonstrated his teaching in various ways like playing a squirrel and biting students desks.
  • Another biology teacher who looked like a porn star and was very strict. We always waited her to take up a whip and start "punishing" us...
  • My current math teacher who listens to Bruce Springsteen during the classes and sings along silently. His teaching involves things like Spiderman and slaves. The best thing is that he's amazingly good at teaching.

i like all of my teacher... every teachers i encounter so far have a very colorful character...
there's a one that has an underdeveloped body and also act like us (if she is in a crowd of student, people will mistaken her as one) almost every male student fall in love to her (it's so sad when she got married)... an then one that is in a continuous fight with the principle (it was awesome)... one that make joke on everything (and since she is our homeroom teacher, we end up doing the exact same thing).. history teacher that tell history by telling a it like a bookstore storyteller (we end up understanding everything he teach)... one that is so genius he usually have a hard time teaching us... one that stole lab material for our own advantages.. one that never get married... i could end up typing for hours if i continue this. my school life is a great one

In college, I only like a few of them. Some are absolute arseholes, but I should expect this in an art course. My favourite teacher/lecturer is an energetic bald chap called Mark Byrne, my Layout and Storyboarding teacher. He always has a story to tell, and he's really quick-witted as well. In general, a nice guy.

I almost never have a problem with my teachers. I never really hated any of them, but here are some really memorable ones:

~In elementary school I had an art teacher who's hair was very short and one half was straight while the other half was very curly. I was alway confused by that and wondered if she did it on purpose of if it was some freaky natural occurance

~My high school spanish teacher could barely speak spanish. I never had luck with spanish teachers because the one before her kept teching us Italian phrases by accident

~My physics teacher felt the need to say "right" after every sentence. I tallied it one day when I was bored and he said the word "right" 43 times in 5 minutes.

~I had a marine science teacher who took students' books when they were late and hid them in the tiles in the ceiling.

~The best English teacher I've ever had taught a literature class centered on the bible that I took last semester. She was a lot of fun and very helpful to anyone who needed it.

I have a teacher, a world history teacher, he is probably one of the more awesome teachers i have ever had. Why is he awesome? He threatens to beat people with a wet noodle, pretends to be a sith lord (and will debate about anything star wars related), and has random funny facts, like did you know that in ancient times they had some emperor (can't remember who) that went out and collected midgets and dwarfs then made them fight to death with meat cleavers in a arena? Or pants is an old English swear word? (there are sooo many more, apporx 3-4 a day every day) and he grades by going to the top step of a staircase outside his room and throws our papers down the stairs and the higher up they land the higher grade you get.

Otherwise i got only a couple other teachers i like, my math one cus she lets us sing anytime, literally, anytime we want (including during tests). We dedicate all our songs to her xD.

But teachers are mainly awesome if you can get em to like ya, if they don't they take a big crap on ya everytime you say sumthin.

I love my teachers

worst teacher so far was when i was a kid (3rd grade i think) cus she constantly yelled at me, but i can't say i didn't deserve it 90% of the time.

My 8th grade teacher was my bipolar love/hate teach, she would act nice and all but she was new to teaching and lets say my class was the worst class to ever hit my middle school... i myself caused her to cry 2 times fer sure, but thats cus she always lost stuff and didn't ever seem to know what she was doing, and also my class liked to throw stuff out the window (never gets old) and have choking fights (grabbing someone by the neck and trying to get on their back and take em to the ground, once again never gets old...) in the middle of the classroom and her pleas never stopped us.... thats the only teacher i think i probably should say sorry to, but this may be the reason future generations get horrible teachers... my bad? 😲
