So...Im looking for a manga where I cant remember the title, author, or the characters names. It popped into my head again all of a sudden and I really want to re-read it, but so far have been unable to find it. T-T

All I remember is:

*had a blue cover
*took place in the taisho or meiji era (I think. I seem to remember both suits and kimonos)
*one character had black hair and wore a kimono or yukata all the time and was a little violent--he might have been borderline yandere?
*which led to several violent nsfw scenes, if I remember correctly
*it was yaoi or shonen ai at the very least
*the other main character was some kind of illustrator or author (although maybe they were both writers?)
*the two main characters had a complicated relationship, where the non violent one doesn`t seem sure about the relationship all the time...
*the art was an older style art
*there was one scene where I think the character was walking by a white picket fence while carrying his manuscript...although maybe I imagined this part 😁

Does it ring any bells? Please, if you think you know the title, I`d appreciate it!

By your description, it sounds a little bit like Hitodenashi no Koi by Ikushima Miya. However, I don't think 'HnK' has a scene with the white picket fence you mention, so this might not be the manga you are seeking.

It is!! I think I was thinking of the picket fence (which wasnt really a picket fence) in ch 2 when hes trying to pawn some stuff. ^_^
