The art looks like Tohjoh Asami.
Her older works have that style.

From what I remember, the way she drew her hands were distinctively large and bony. Fingernails were weird and round.

I think she draws her eyes like that too.
But I'm not 100% sure.
(But my guts are telling me it's her!)

Now then, as for which series it is, I have no clue.

And, Kudos to the editors who had to sit through editing that very big smutty page. Maybe with a nosebleed. XD
