Is it possible to scan and translate the manga series Dennou Sentai Voogie's Angel? It's a relatively obscure and out-of-print series, but it can be found on Amazon.com Japan at affordable prices. Here are the cover images for reference:

Do you think it's a viable idea to pursue? I'm interested in experiencing this manga, but I haven't been able to locate any available scans, and I can't purchase it because Amazon.com Japan doesn't ship to my location. Please advise on whether you think it's worth pursuing.
