i read this a while ago, and can't seem to remember it...and i'm not to sure much about detail
but this is the best i got:
its about students, the seme i think comes from a yakuza family, or something like.
seme invites his uke out and meets with his tutor who he told about their relationship( not sure about this part)
the uke is afraid of going to the seme place to do it due to his family so they do it at the ukes place.
i think at one point the the seme's cousin tries to interfere with their relationship since he also like the seme, so he often tags along to uke's home.

Yeah it's definitely Koi to Wana. I was thinking of another title because I forgot there actually was a tutor in the story, her role is really small though. Anyway great story!
