i know that there is a release section but is there a way to only see the releases on your reading list?

On the right hand side menu option Goto to Member--->MyLists

There you can add the manga titles you have and keep track of you reading, completed or wish list.

usually theres a red number next to the title of the manga like Ch.8 or something meaning that there's a new release...
