I think being able to change the name of your topic is an important feature, especially in the Recruitment forum where you might want to attract people for a certain position through the topic name.

Before this, I had always asked a mod to change it for me, but I don't ask the mod to change it that often even though I want to change it, because it'll just bother him/her if I keep on asking for a change every now and then.
