every time i get a pm or want to check the new posts, i have to press on the "refresh" button at least 50,000 times before i can see the updated pages!!
for example, i posted sumthin at some forum, and went to cheeck it in the new posts section, but it gives me the list from 5 minuts ago, 1 hour ago, a day ago, a friggin year ago!! or if i get a new pm, i get into the conversation, and instead of reading the msg i just got, the last msg i see there is a msg from a few hours ago.
refreshing the page doesnt work too well, and i tried logging out (it takes me 50,00 times of pressing the "logout" button to log out), but it does not help.
whats going on, and what do ido?

Did you try clearing your cache. What browser are you using?

Your "Temporary Internet Files". It sounds like your browser is using them and not downloading the pages of the internet.

Yes, I'd say it'll still have problems. Even if you clear your cache, it will still read it again once it's downloaded.
Sorry that I can't be of any more help but I haven't used IE for awhile.
