Minami-ke or Kyou no Go no Ni (this only has an OVA for now, but it's getting a full series this fall).

Second both of these.... but I thought the Kyo no 5 no 2 OVA already covered most of the manga.... is the upcoming series anime original material?

After the special they released a bit ago, I think all of the manga has been covered (it was only one volume, after all). So I would assume that it will contain mostly original material, but I don't think they've had any official statements on that yet.
