Hi I am Jenmoon1: I forgot my password and tried to reset it several times and the email did not get sent to me to fix it. The only way knew how to get help with this problem was to make a new account and ask for help. I tried reseting my password several times over a number of days I also dumped my cookies. Any mor questions feel free to ask Thank you
