i read this a long time ago so i cant really remember much! but it's not that well known (im assuming,,,)

the manga is an office romance with a boss/higher up who is considered a "love saint" or whatever and people confess to him because it apparently makes their love come true. the girl is super sweet and concerned about him because he looks lonely? Not the typical shoujo drawings but more mature...? nothing sexual!!!! no yaoi/yuri either. Please help!!!!!!
