What I'm thinking's not too simple, but could be kinda fun:

Get 2 or more friends/acquaintances/other people to wear these pigeon masks. You can find these infamous people displaying this idea in Japan via Google maps.

Edit: Oh! This is one of those times where I just read the thread title and paid no mind to the content, fo' shame. "long haired male Asian" you say? To be honest, I only saw "long haired male" and looked at your username and thought: JESUS. But no, no sir, that has been overdone! We must think big for you!

1. Cut out some cardboard and make a huge cup out of it. Dye your hair blondish and curl it up until it's fried up. BAM. Cup noodle soup. (See, I played in to the Asian aspect, it's okay, I have some Asian in me too!)
2. Cut out some baby picture and paste it somewhere on your body. Who am I? Your future self. : D (A+ if you had long hair as a baby too!)
3. Have a sword? Ninja! Have no sword, but you have a tie? Hippie! Just cut out some old clothes and carry around a ziploc bag with grass or something.

These are all assuming you have no time to buy a costume, of course. Brilliant, eh? >:3
