I was wondering... Is A*D and Aruosumente related in any way? [They're not really spoilers I guess... But if you haven't read up to chapter 5, you wouldn't know what this is]

Because I noticed that in both AD and Aruosumente a black stone appears. I don't know what it's called in AD yet, but in Aruosumente it's called Kenja no Yume [in English Philosopher's Stone] or Aruosumente.
And also, in Aruosumente, some characters like Lante call Legna "Angel"... Angel's Doubt...?

Are they coincidences or something? 😕
