I don't know which had more of an impact, the extremist fishman who could even be compared to the KKK, or the Red Hook/Hawk which was a tribute to his brother.

Great chapter. Although the theme of racism felt lackluster in the previous chapters, I felt it in this one. Oda really knows how to approach dark themes. I mean, several months ago, I remember how slavery was portrayed in the manga.
