I am looking for a manga that is like k-on, hidamari sketch, etc... a club of 4 girls just wasting time while being on a club, yet I want the club to be something that makes the girls muscular and ripped, a weight lifting club would be ideal, though I guess wrestling and/or swimming are also good.

oh, they don't have to be cute per se, by cute girls doing cute things I mostly meant tht it should be character, not plot driven, so more like k-on or azumanga.

You have muscular men that everybody, except for the Main Female Lead, believes are cute girls doing student council stuff at an all girl's Catholic school. 🤣
