Hmmm you might want to consider or research the pricing oil/fuel might reach in the near future, first. It's not going to be so low in the future and chances are, it might be really pricey.

any car from honda or toyota is pretty much fuel efficient and affordable, though i highly dislike toyota's style and design...my bro just bought a honda fit (~$17,000) that's actually very roomy and has a nice design...if you have a bigger budget, i suggest a honda accord, or civic though i prefer the accord's design...now's the best time for a car buyer, with all the sales and low interest rate
