The "You look exactly like my..." situation
So, I'm not sure it was made already, searched but it didn't show anything (maybe I didn't use the right words, but anyways...)
In my case, it happens sometimes, but all that is needed is a skinny tall asian wearing glasses and they turn automatically into my "look alikes" or "doubles". Yes, I'm found pretty often in manga too 🤣

Bwahaha! XD I need to find all those "tsus" again. XD
And nope. Besides family friends who often confuse me with one of my cousins, it has never happened to me before. XD

Yeah, this one girl in my biology class would alwalys call me courtney be cause i looked like her friend (her freind courtney of course). one day i finally met her, cept for the fact that she had blonde hair, i looked nothing like her. she was like 4 inches taller than me and had freckles (which i don't).

Nope, hasn't happened to me. But everyone who forgets my name calls me Heather, though my real name is nothing like that. (O_o)

I have gotten people saying I look similar to the chick from the Spiderman movies, but I don't think so myself.
I do, however, have similar eyes and face to Mucha's painting Emerald. The only difference is the hair, but the neat part is that it's my birthstone. 😀
Yeah, once. The comparison was so off too...
I was told that I looked like my friend's Hawaiian friend...when I'm Asian...

It happens a lot. Many people I meet say that I look like their relative, neighbor, classmate, coworker, friend, girlfriend (awkward sometimes), person they saw in a vietnam war documentary, etc.
I feel so generic. 😐
The few times I knew or had the chance to see the other person, I did not notice the resemblance at all.
The only person who I agreed looked like me was a friend of mine. I was even told we have the same voice/manner of speaking. One time I came to school with hair and clothes similar to her style and confused a lot of people. 🤣

Do you mean as in doppelgängers?? That would be pretty funky...
But nah, that has never happened to me.
When I saw this topic title, I thought this was gonna be a topic about pickup lines or something. xD Hahaha

I'm a twin, so I get confused for my sister..
But, concerning this, I get "You look like your mother" (Which I dun' like) and "You look like my cousin".
I also get mistaken as being Spanish and Asian (related to topic?). >.>
Oh yeah, I've heard that a lot from different people. But the most impressive one was when I was vacationing in Beijing, China walking along the Great Wall, then some girl comes up to me and asked to take a picture of me cause I looked like someone she knows. After that her mom came and met my mom and found out that her mom was actually the sister of one of my mom's church buddies. Small world...Both our mom's decided we should take a picture with each other. lol.

Ugh, yes. With two different people.
We're not even identical! Arrrgh...
(Probably was because of our dark hair and tan skin.)
