Guy thinks he's helping a foreigner find a train station but then realizes he gave bad directions and goes to help, catches supposed foreigner speaking in perfect Japanese and it is revealed the guy is Japanese (maybe half, maybe full?).
They become friends and then more. Can't remember if shonen-ai or yaoi.
IGNORE - I apparently forget this one is Chp5-6 of Koisuru Futari no Taion every year or so... shame on me.
