I kinda forgot about the summary but i remember the title have some kind of flower name or garden name something on it.

The mc were a witch, the setting seems in victorian england era where a girl can suddenly have witch power. The thing is, the witch power is unstable and they can went berserk and harming or kiling people around them.

I remember part of the story about a couple age around 30 years old who saved a young adult witch(age around 19-20 years) who escaped from the witch "jail".

The husband want to hand over the girl to the police but the wife who were kind , disagree and decided to help her and hide her. The girl tell the couple she will enganged soon but suddenly she was branded as witch, and everything went to bottom, her family and fiancee abandoned her and she got put into solitary jail, this make the wife become more symphatic towards her.

In the end the husband give in and help the wife take care of her, but one day the girl suddenly went berserk, she can't contain her witch power, and heavily injured the husband and killing the wife. In the end the girl also die from overloading her magic power. The husband then become bitter and hate witch, he was a famous painter who often draw flower garden scenery and mc love it but he never want to talk with mc because she was a witch.

Btw the witch in their world seems have some label on them, the unstable witch will be disposed off because they will one day went berserk, killing everyone including herself, and stable witch that can control their power and used by the goverment or something to help them. The stable witch can become unstable too, so they got monitored by the goverment.

The manga was finished in 2016, i think it was 2012-2013 manga, and was on 7 or 8 volumes. Fully translated in english, basically some scanlation pick it up.
