I was trying to submit the Light Novel version of Tenseisha wa Cheat o Nozomanai ([url]http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=125261[/url]) since it's recently been picked up by Yukkuri Free Time Literature Service ([url]http://www.mangaupdates.com/groups.html?id=6900[/url]) but after trying to hit submit, it rejected it on the basis that a series is already using the name. What I'm assuming happened is that it associated the name with the manga version despite the fact that I selected Light Novel rather than manga while submitting it.

Submit it as "Tenseisha wa Cheat o Nozomanai (Novel)" then...?

I'm lazy.

Don't bother if no one is translating it. We reject all novel series entries unless they have approved release entries with the same name on MU

Then add the release entries first or simultaneously with the series entry

How do I add the "release". I just tried adding another series where only the manga has a page except I added (Novel) to the title of the series this time and it still screwed me over. I think the system just needs to change where manga and novel submissions don't overlap.
