Can anybody tell me what this priority tying next to reading list is? It doesn't even show what's been updated etc.. It's very annoying.

Priority thing? I don't know what you're talking about. I can only assume you're talking about "Your Status" next to your reading list. You fill that out, if want to, to the most recent chapter you read so you can keep track of where you are in the story.

Also, if you have your reading list categorized by recently updated, which it should be on default, then the manga at the top of the list is the one that is most recently updated, the same pattern continuing downward to the one that hasn't been updated in awhile.

Okay, I'm going to give you a chance.
