Can't remember name of Yaoi?

Hey guys, I'm having trouble finding a manga I read a while back.
What I can remember is as followed...
(1) There were 3 main characters I think, two boys and a girl.
(2) One of the boys was a prisoner and the other two were a couple, but the girl knew the boy didn't love her and was in love with the boy.
(3) The prisoner offered himself up for punishment instead of the girl.
(4) The prisoner was being hurt by his brother. The girl had short hair and I think one of their names was Yuri.
