OEL definition problem for <The Beginning After The End> manhwa

RecenIy, I tried to add a manhwa to Mangaupdates, but my application got declined. I think there is a problem with identifying OEL comics on Mangaupdates. The manhwa I am bringing up is that some people identify as OEL(Original English Language) comic. Rules says that OEL comics are not alowed to be listed on the website. If this is the reason why my submission was rejected, I think this should be discussed, as I have some solid reasons why TBATE is not an OEL comic.
The webcomic is based on a novel that is originally written in English, but the webcomic itself is the whole different story, as it is originally publishing in Korean by Korean company called Tapaz. Tapaz is a Korean company, and TBATE belongs to their Tapas Originals series and officially publishes there. Thus, TBATE is rather a manhwa then OEL comic. And as far as I know, manhwas are allowed to be added on Mangaupdates.
If this is still not enough to allow be listed on Mangaupdates, would anyone who understands mind to explain why?
As wiki says, an original English-language manga or OEL manga is a comic book or graphic novel drawn in the style of manga and originally published in English. And TBATE does not lay under this definition (above I explained why).
If there is a special definition that Mangaupdates defines OEL comics like, I am suggesting to add this definition to Rules(Q&A) in the OEL section, so people will not get confused in the future.

The Beginning After the End will not be approved. The company is Tapas, not Tapaz. Tapas publishes many other OEL's, none of which will be approved on MangaUpdates.
This is not up for discussion

I see, thank you for answering!
However, could you please explain to me what you understand by OEL comic?
I still cannot get it why TBATE is considered OEL. I thought that OEL term belongs to Japanese manga market and means manga-like comics that are originally written in English. I did not think TBATE webcomic is OEL since it is published by Korean company and originally written in Korean language.
I would be very grateful if you can help me to figure it out, as it seems that what I understand as an OEL is wrong.

From this Korean site:
American past life fantasy webtoon ( webcomic ). The original of the same name was made into a webtoon. The screenplay is by Korean-American author TurtleMe, and the drawing is by Japanese-American (fuyuki23) .
From July 7, 2018, it started serializing in Tapas Comics, an American webcomic serialization site.
From June 7, 2019, it will also be serialized on Kakao Page, a domestic webtoon serialization site.
(The above is translated by Google Translate)
So I believe this is why it is considered OEL.
It seems that this series is quite popular - apparently many MU users misunderstand and believe that this is a manhwa. Maybe this series should be rejected automatically (i.e. blacklisted) when someone attempts to submit an entry for it, preferably with a (detailed) clarification that this is OEL.

I was even more confused after your reply and did some more research, so now I get it. Thank you for helping me understand!
As you said, it might be a good idea to add some examples to Q&A and mention TBATE in OEL restriction section as an example of a popular OEL comic that gets misunderstood and maybe some other manhwa/manga like OELs for illustrative purposes.
I also think it would be great to add a couple of sentences regarding why OELs are not alowed on the website, as MyMal did. I suppose reasons are quite the same though.
