but then he ends up being really sweet? something like hana yori dango. i know its a shoujo cliche, but i love this in a manga! so, any romance mangas like this would be appreciated!

Fruits Basket (kinda, one of the male leads is more tsundere than cold, but the manga is great nonetheless; if you prefer anime the manga just got a 2019 anime reboot that's currently airing and it's good if you don't enjoy older, 90s, artstyles since they modernized the art style more)

Kusumi-kun, Kuuki Yometemasu ka? (Not so much "cold" as much as he just is oblivious/ignores her, but still very very cute)

Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Dokomade mo

Ou-sama ni Sasagu Kusuriyubi (again a little bit of smut)

Tonari wa Nani o Kuu Hito zo (not necessarily cold to her, he's nice to her but tells her he's not attracted to her; cute sequel too)

Rockin' Heaven

Yandere-kei Otomege no Sekai ni Tensei shite shimatta you desu (He's only cold to her for like 1 chapter, but it's still really cute)

Dame na Watashi ni Koishite Kudasai (kinda-ish, he's nice enough but "bullies" her)

Yuugure Light

Gyutto Shite Chuu (short story, haven't read it in a while, but I think it was cute fluff)

Henyoku no Labyrinth (sorta)

Ore Yome. - Ore no Yome ni Nare yo

Itazura na Kiss (Watch the anime instead; the mangaka died while making the manga but the anime was completed since she told her husband how he wanted the story to go; really really good)
