i think its shoujo romance and smut
it was about how this girl and guy were in love but she would only come to see him when he was in the infirmiry (was too shy/stubborn i guess) but he was just faking it just to get her attention
eventually she stops coming (forget why) and he deliberely makes himself sick to get her attention. then they make up. happy ending
