Hi! Can someone help me find a manga I've been looking for?

It's about two childhood/high school friends who reunite as adults. The main character is gay and fell in love with his friend, but after graduation, the two separated because the MC moved to the city (probably Tokyo). Either 3 or 6 years after they separate, the two reunite after his friend gets divorced. The friend ends up staying with the main character while he "gets his life together" or something.
I think the friend knows the main character is gay, and I'm pretty sure they work in show business somehow. There's a distinct scene where the friend is in the bathroom, and the main character and another guy (I think he's a producer? Director?) have sex in the stall next to him.

Can someone please help me? I tried searching for this one for hours. >__<
