I like King of Hell (but I don't currently have over volume 10 🙁 ), Naruto, Black Cat, Battle Angel Alita, Black God, Full Metal Alchemist, and Soul Eater. The sad thing is I am mostly caught up on all of those and I would like an anime that has a strong plot a touch of action, and if I can get it I would like just a pinch of comedy.

The usual series I refer to people who like the sort of series you seem to like, One Piece. It has all that you requested, and much, much more. Also, try Claymore, which is good with plot and action, but I'm not sure how good it is with comedy, since I only read a few volumes, and that was about a year ago. (I do intend to finish it though, but whatever.) And... Hm, D.Gray-Man has very good plot, action, and comedy too. And the artwork is beautiful.

King of Thorns and Threads of Time are two series with a lot of action. I highly recommend King of Thorns, because it basically has all the dilemmas from horror movies. Zombies (kind of), a disease, supernatural monsters, you name it. Also, there's a little conspiracy mixed in. Oh, Monster, 20th Century Boys, 21th Century Boys, and Pluto are pretty good series imo. Plus, Monster and 20th Century Boys are long series that have already been completely scanlated. I think all of them have strong plots and lots of action, but there's not a lot of comedy. Great reads, though.

*For Claymore, there's really no comedy in that series. Maybe a little, but it focuses more on the action and plot. One Piece is the best manga imo, but a lot of people have problems with the art. The plot is worth it though.

Your lists of reading and completed mangas are so empty that there is too many to name. You should try searching with the "genres" search for action, shounen, comedy titles.
But if your a little lazy to search for yourself, I guess my recommendation would be to start with DBZ.
