I mean, half the anime out there was outsourced for koreans to draw and yet ive never heard of any anime that was based on a manhwa. Do they exist?

I think most stuff that's outsourced are "in-between" scenes, secondary coloring and support studio work (DR.Movie).... most of the main art/design for the bigger-budget anime is still mostly done in Japan. (Some Madhouse anime had most of the work done in Korea, though)
As for anime based on manhwa, Shin Angyo Onshi (not sure if I spelled it right).

I'll just say, why not? Only makes sense that it does. Perhaps they're just rarer than manga anime, but logically, they should exist.

I had seen korean anime. Don't know if it based on manhwa. The anime itself had standard plot, teenage bullied become Taekwondo user, much like History strongest Disciple Kenichi. Horrible animation, more worst than Green-green ova (which imo bad).

But Shin Angyo Onshi has been released both in Japan (from 2001 April to 2007 September as manga in Monthly Sunday Gene-X) and in Korea (it was also published as manhwa in South Korea's Young Champ).
It's for that that the movie was [The project represented the first time Korean and Japanese creators had ever collaborated on an animated film, and funding was shared by sources from both nations.]

So I think it's a case more unique than rare.
