My Lvl999 Love for Yamada Kun it's honestly sweet and a good feels type of manga.
Dear Mine is pretty sweet too.
Otoyomegatari I haven't caught up with the current chapters but from what I read the romance seemed genuine. It's long tho.
Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii another good manga to read however it's not mainly focused on the good feels vibe you may be looking for. It's also long.

For something without an big age gape try
